The ACIR will meet at least once a year per its Charter; however, the Committee intends to meet more frequently given the importance of the topics being discussed. Meeting dates, agendas and minutes are listed below. Meetings are attended by ACIR members and supporting staff. Additional attendees may be invited by the Chair of the ACIR based on the agenda or topics being discussed.

Outcomes
The ACIR received a proposal from a university community member on May 8, 2024. The proposal addressed the Israel-Gaza conflict and related weapons manufacturers. The full proposal and the ACIR’s decision to not pursue the recommendation are provided in the linked memorandum.
